Consulting
Tula Consulting is a firm with a mission to build more neuroinclusive working environments. We do this in two ways, firstly, by building awareness; through neurodiversity training, and workshops. Secondly, leading by example; by bringing amazing neurodiverse consultants into organizations to help them solve their challenges.
Tula is driven by three core values, more important than any services we offer, as we grow and evolve, these are the foundation on which we stand.
Curiosity
An underlying theme for almost all neurodiverse thinkers, we bring curiosity towards everything we do. Both outwardly towards the work we engage in, and inwardly towards the underlying systems of belief that we exist in.
Sincerity
“The quality of being free from pretense, deceit, or hypocrisy”.
At Tula You’ll know where we stand, honesty and sincerity are engrained in the way we show up. As we grow and evolve, we will share our process with you. We will have hard conversations when needed, and will always work to uncover the true underlying assumptions that often impact processes and behaviors.
Insecurity
Often described as a negative quality in the modern world, at Tula we see a wisdom in insecurity. Whenever we feel ‘convicted’ of something, our insecurity alerts us like a raised flag, and we bring forward our curiosity and ask ourselves or solicit feedback…
